If Spotify is notified by a copyright holder, using the forms provided by Spotify, that any Content infringes a copyright, Spotify may in its sole discretion remove such Content from the Service, or take other steps that Spotify deems appropriate, without prior notification to the user or other party who supplied or posted that Content.
