"CoinAxe shall notify the User about an amendment of the Terms and Conditions no later than 14 days prior to the effective date of the amendment, via a push-up notification, once the publication of information about an amendment appears and until the effective date of an amendment, while starting the Application and logging into it for the first time. At the same time CoinAxe shall publish the updated content of the Terms and Conditions." - §17(3) of Terms and Conditions
