"User, whether directly or through its Account Administrators or Authorized Representatives, is also obligated to promptly notify Gusto of any third-party notices that User may receive which could affect Gusto’s ability to effectively provide the Services or increase the likelihood that a Claim (as defined below) is brought against User or Gusto in connection with the Services"
