General Prohibitions and BloomSky’s Enforcement Rights <p>You agree not to do any of the following:</p> <ul> <li>Use functionalities of the Weather Station or Accessories for purposes other than to collect, analyze and share Weather Data as specifically permitted under these Terms, or in a manner contrary to the instructions in the user manual accompanying the Weather Station or Accessories;</li> <li>Use the Weather Station or Accessories to infringe, misappropriate or violate a third party’s rights of publicity or privacy, by for example, recording or taking pictures of such third party with the Weather Station without such third party’s consent;</li> <li>Post, upload, publish, submit or transmit any Content that: (i)&nbsp;infringes, misappropriates or violates a third party’s patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, moral rights or other intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy. (ii) violates, or encourages any conduct that would violate, any applicable law or regulation or would give rise to civil liability. (iii) is fraudulent, false, misleading or deceptive. (iv) is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, vulgar or offensive.
