All other trademarks, service marks and logs used in the Services are the trademarks, service marks or logos of their respective owners  10.5. By submitting Content via our Services you: (a) are representing that you are fully entitled to do so. (b) grant us and our designees a worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable, assignable, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, distribute, edit, adapt, modify, host, store, publish, create derivative works of, publicly perform, display, market, advertise and sell your Content and any derivative works we may create from it, in any and all media (whether it exists now or in the future), for any purpose, in perpetuity, without any payment to you.
