TERM AND TERMINATION.</b> </p> <p>This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect unless and until terminated earlier as provided in these Terms of Service. In the event that Subscriber commits a material breach of this Agreement (other than breach of its payment obligations, for which McGraw Hill may terminate this Agreement immediately), McGraw Hill may terminate this Agreement on five (5) business days' prior written notice to Subscriber. provided that Subscriber fails to cure such breach within such five (5) business day period. Subscriber may terminate this Agreement by (a) providing McGraw Hill with no less than thirty (30) days' prior written notice or (b) ceasing all access to the Solution for six (6) months or longer.
