b. <u>Changes.</u> Changes in the industry, carrier and other partner requirements, applicable law and regulations may require Vonage to make changes to the Services from time to time. It is Customer’s responsibility to ensure that its usage is compatible with the then-current Services. Vonage endeavors to maintain backward compatibility, but where it cannot, it will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide at least 60 days’ notice prior to implementing changes that do not maintain backward compatibility.
