If, after the Start of Service Date, Customer fails to comply with any other material term of an Agreement, and such failure continues for thirty (30) days after written notice thereof from Company to Customer, Company will terminate Service(s) (and the underlying Agreement(s)). Upon termination, Customer, at its expense, will receive written notice from Company establishing a time period within which it must remove all its equipment from RISE BROADBAND premises.
