NON-SOLICITATION <p>Instructor agrees not to intentionally solicit for employment any of Company’s employees or contractors during the term of this Agreement and for a period of twelve (12) months following the termination or expiration of this Agreement. </p> </li> <li>GENERAL <ol> <li> <b> Amendment.
