You shall not (i) permit any third party to access the Product except as permitted herein, or (ii) copy, frame or mirror any part or content of the Product, other than copying or framing on Your own intranets or otherwise for Your own internal business purposes.</li> <li>License by You to Host Your Data and Applications. You grant Us and Our Affiliates a worldwide, limited-term license to host, copy, transmit and display Your Content, as necessary for Us to provide the Services in accordance with this Agreement. Subject to the limited licenses granted herein, We acquire no right, title or interest from You or Your licensors under this Agreement in or to Your Content.</li> <li>License By You to Use Feedback.
