and (b) the above licences granted by you in User comments you Submit are perpetual and irrevocable.</p> <p>3.5 Linked Services: You hereby acknowledge and agree that once Your Content is distributed to a Linked Service, we are not obligated to ensure the deletion of Your Content from any servers or systems operated by the operators of any Linked Service, or to require that any user of the Linked Service deletes any item of Your Content from the Linked Service.</p> <p>3.6 Your responsibility for Your Content: You are solely responsible for all Content that you Submit on or through the Services. We neither endorse nor assume any responsibility for Your Content.</p> <p>3.7 Ownership of others Users’ Content: Any Content made available on the Services, other than Your Content, remains the property of the relevant User, and may be subject to Intellectual Property Rights. You do not acquire ownership of&nbsp;another User’s Content, if you merely repost that Content, or include that Content in a playlist or station. You also do not acquire any rights or permission to use another User’s Content except as stated in this Agreement.
