To the extent that this assignment is not effective, or any User Content is not assignable under any applicable law, you hereby grant (or warrant that the owner of such rights has expressly granted) to us, a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable and exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, sublicense, edit, adapt, publish, translate, broadcast, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, display and publicize such User Content anywhere, for any purpose and in any form, through any media or technology (whether the media or technology are now known or are later developed), without any compensation to you. We will not owe you any obligation of confidentiality in relation to the User Content, and we will not be liable to you for any use, non-use or disclosure of all or any part of the User Content.
