(v) shall not include incomplete, false or inaccurate information about Yourself or any information about any other individual. and (vi) shall not contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots or other computer programs that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information. You, in particular, represent and warrant that You have the written consent, release, and/or permission of each and every identifiable individual in any User Submission to use their name or likeness.</p> <p>5.7 You grant FIFA an irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, sub-licensable and transferable licence to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display and perform User Submissions in connection with the FIFA Digital Platforms or FIFA’s (and its successor’s) business for any purpose, including promoting and redistributing part or all of the User Submissions (and derivative works thereof) in any and/or all media formats and through any and/or all media channels.
