14.3        If you post content or submit material, you grant Voxy and our affiliates a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, sell, assign, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display any such content in any form throughout the world in any media whether now known or hereafter developed, alone or as part of other works. You further grant Voxy and its affiliates the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content in our sole discretion.
