You hereby agree to transfer to Focus Home Interactive’s Licensor an exclusive, for the duration of rights, irrevocable, fully transferrable and sub-licensable international right of use, in any manner whatsoever, for your Mods, including, without however being limited to, rights of reproduction, copies, adaptation, modification, execution, display, edition, publication, transfer or communication to the general public in all manners, whether known or unknown, and to distribute your contributions without any prior notice or compensation for the entire term of protection granted by intellectual property rights pursuant to international legislation and conventions.
