By sending, posting or transmitting Submissions to SMG (and/or our designee[s]) or any area of the SMG Services, you automatically grant, or warrant that you or any other owner of the material you submit has expressly granted, SMG and our designees a worldwide, non-exclusive, sub-licensable (through multiple tiers), transferable, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, sublicense (through multiple tiers), distribute, create derivative works of, perform and import your Submissions (in whole or in part) in any media now known or hereafter developed, for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without compensation to you. In other words, SMG has the automatic right to use your Submissions -- including reproducing, disclosing, publishing or broadcasting your Submissions -- anywhere, anytime, in any medium and for any purpose without paying any fee or owing any obligation to you. You also permit any other user to access, view, store, or reproduce your Submission for that user’s personal use.
