By uploading or posting Your Content to the Service, you initiate an automated process to transcode any audio Content and direct us to store Your Content on our servers, from where you may control and authorize the use, reproduction, transmission, distribution, public display, public performance and other communication to the public of Your Content.</p> <p>You hereby grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free and fully paid up right to access and use Your Content and any other information solely as necessary in order for us to provide you with the Service, to undertake any of the tasks set forth in the Agreement and to improve and enable your use of the Service including providing support or other services as may be requested by you from time to time.</p> <p>
