By emailing, submitting, transmitting, posting, uploading, modifying or otherwise providing any User Material to iHeartMedia, whether solicited or unsolicited, you are granting iHeartMedia and its designees a royalty-free, fully paid, non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, unrestricted, worldwide license to reproduce, publish, transmit, perform, display, sublicense, create derivative works from and otherwise use such User Material for any purpose, including, without limitation, advertising and promotional purposes, alone or as a part of other works in any form, media or technology now or hereafter known.
