Grammarly's Privacy Policy is easy to read. It is not very long, nor do they use overly-complicated, unnecessary legal jargon except when absolutely necessary.

For me, the terms of service are still long and full of the usual level of legalese. My basis of comparison would be the terms of service for websites such as GitHub and DuckDuckGo, which are some of the best I've read. Marking as declined.
