(ii) modify, translate, or otherwise create derivative works of any part of the Services. or (iii) copy, rent, lease, distribute, or otherwise transfer any of the rights that you receive hereunder. You shall abide by all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations.</p> 5. Your Content <p>5.1 All content (including all information, data, text, photographs, videos, audio clips, written posts and comments) added, created, uploaded, submitted, distributed, or posted to the Services by you (collectively “User Content”), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, is you sole responsibility. You represent that all User Content provided by you is in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations and does not infringe, misappropriate or otherwise violate the rights of any third parties, including any intellectual property rights or publicity rights.</p> <p>5.2 By submitting User Content through the Services, you hereby grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, fully paid, sub-licensable and transferable license to use, display, perform, and otherwise fully exploit the User Content in connection with the Services.
