Our Intellectual Property Rights <p>WePay grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license, without the right to sublicense, to electronically access and use the Service solely to accept and receive payments and to manage the funds you so receive.</p> <p>Unless you separately execute a written agreement with WePay that expressly grants you such permission, you may not, nor may you permit any third party to, do any of the following: (i) access or monitor any material or information on any WePay system using any manual process or robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means. (ii) copy, reproduce, alter, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, republish, upload, post, transmit, resell or distribute in any way material or information from WePay. (iii) permit any third party to use and benefit from the Service via a rental, lease, timesharing, service bureau or other arrangement.
