You and the Company agree that any Dispute between You and the Company shall be resolved exclusively and finally by arbitration administered by an arbitrator to be appointed by the President or a Vice President of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, using interpretations under English law, and conducted under its rules, except as otherwise provided below.
